When I decided to sell my center diamond I contacted a total of seven wholesalers from across the country. Some of them offered to send the packing materials and pay to have my diamond shipped to them free of charge and others quoted outrageous figures which I knew were misleading, just to get me to send it to them.
After taking three weeks to think about which dealer to send it to, I chose Sergio at Jonathan's in Houston. I paid to have it sent, but it was well worth it. I chose Sergio because I was very impressed with our initial phone conversation. He was knowledgeable and gave me a range for my diamond and explained every detail so that I would know what to expect. Upon receiving the diamond, he immediately contacted me and made an offer and then explained it to me in detail. I had some other diamonds and a wedding band attached to my ring and he took them out of the setting and detached the wedding band, which I wanted to keep for my daughter. The check for the center diamond was sent overnight mail. The other items have just been mailed to me. Sergio was aware of my divorce situation and has been uplifting and so kind and supportive and encouraged me even after the tranaction in a follow-up phone call. I am a stranger to him and our business was complete and he cared enough to offer such sweet and supporting words of encouragement. Thanks Sergio that was such a kind gesture. This in addition to the superior service make this transaction flawless.. I highley recommend his services above anyone else out there. I did my homework and it paid off brilliantly. I would give Sergio a 10 out of 10. I will choose him with any future diamond purchases.

As a midwest financial consultant, I am very sceptical about sending jewelry to someone I have never met. I had spoken with several internet jewelry buyers about my certified wedding set. A few months ago, I sent it to one in New York who offered much more than the rest. He dropped his offer after he had it in hand. I had little trust after that, but recently resumed my investigation.

I sent an online inquiry to Jonathan's Fine Jewelers in Texas. I promptly received a call from Sergio Nuncio. He impressed me from the very beginning with a calm, confident demeanor, an excellent knowledge of his business and an honest, straight-forward approach to answering all my questions. He demonstrated genuine integrity through all our numerous communications and dealings.

He said he would give me the most he could and gave me a minimum number. After several days, I was finally ready to send my rings. Sergio spoke with me the day he received the rings and overnighted a check to me the next business day for a little more than I expected. I had done a great deal of research and knew what my rings were worth. It was top dollar.

Sergio was one of the nicest business people I have dealt with in some time. I deal with professional people every day and I know for a fact that finding someone with knowledge, expertise, integrity and honesty is indeed rare. My only regret is I did not choose him to deal with him from the very beginning. Thanks again Sergio!
